 2010 Girls U10/G99 Spring Cup Champions |
Ranger G99 News and Notes:
It was a great season for the GU10 Fullerton Rangers. The Team won the DBWV Tournament. The girls had a solid showing at the Legends Cup on May 16-17, finishing with a 2-1 record in pool play and coming one goal short of playing in the Finals by getting edged out on points. We rounded out the summer with a trip to the semi-finals in the Rangers Summer Classic and a second place finish in the Bayern SC Junior Cup. The Team made it into the round of 32 in State Cup.
The Team has started off strong this year by winning the 2010 Spring Cup Championship (photo to the left) by displaying both an offensive assault and a solid defense. Brianna, Kendra, Franny, Emily, Victoria, Kailey, Elizabeth, and Ivaneli kept the offensive pressure on, while Claire, Kaylee, Lauren and Elizabeth shut down many of our opponents. Our goal keeper Aurora had a great tournament which contributed to our success.
